The gym is easily accessible at its Berwick, Maine location. While specific daily hours are not available, training sessions are held Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Jass Boxing strives to be a welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds interested in fitness and boxing.
Facilities and Equipment
The facility offers a comprehensive range of equipment to cater to various fitness needs. This includes treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, rowers, and a large free weight room. Showers are also available for members' convenience.Training and Classes

The gym features an open forum format where beginners receive personalized, one-on-one instruction from experienced trainers. Available classes include a female-only boxing class held on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in 6-week sessions, costing $125. There's also a kids boxing fitness class on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM for ages 7 and up, also priced at $125 per 6-week session. Members are required to purchase a USA Boxing license. This can be an athlete license for those interested in sparring or a fitness license for non-contact training.Coaches and Staff
