Founded in 1998 as S.L.O Kickboxing by UFC legend Chuck "the Iceman" Liddell and Scott Adams, the gym combines striking and grappling expertise from its Cal Poly wrestling roots. It has trained UFC fighters, world champion kickboxers, college students, and children.

Programs include Kids Kempo for confidence and safety, Fitness Kickboxing for full-body conditioning, FlexFit Yoga for recovery, and Grappling blending jiu-jitsu, judo, and wrestling. The expert instructors feature former UFC fighter Antonio Banuelos, All-American wrestler Justin Fraser, and kickboxing specialist Eric Schwartz, who trained with Liddell.
