Located at 1919 Broadway in Santa Monica, California, IRON Thai Boxing Academy is easily accessible. While the gym's regular operational hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the current hours of operation are limited. The gym is open on Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM, and on Saturday from 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM. The gym is closed on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Potential members should confirm the schedule, as hours may be adjusted.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to check in at the front desk and complete a liability form. Members are required to use their key fob for check-in. Lockers are available for member use, however, items left overnight will be removed. Proper workout attire is required in all fitness areas, and restrictions apply to street clothes, open-toed shoes, and dress shoes.
The facility maintains specific policies regarding equipment use. Supersets and circuits are prohibited, and members are expected to return equipment to its designated place after use. To maintain a focused training environment, phone calls are not permitted on the gym floor. Furthermore, personal training of other members is prohibited without prior authorization from the academy.
IRON Thai Boxing Academy offers various amenities, including a cold plunge and infrared sauna. Usage of these amenities requires acknowledgment of associated risks. Members and guests should be aware that participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including potential exposure to COVID-19. Individuals assume all such risks. The gym is not responsible for any loss of personal property or injuries sustained during workouts.
Sales of private or small group training sessions are final and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all purchased sessions expire 180 days from the date of purchase. The gym is a resource for the Santa Monica community to engage in Muay Thai training. The gym is good for kids.
