Programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for all ages, with specialized classes for K-3rd grade beginners, 4th-7th grade students, and high school to adult participants, covering self-defense, teamwork, and skill development in both gi and no-gi training.
Additional offerings include Muay Thai and boxing programs for youth and adults. Youth kickboxing classes are held Wednesdays at 4:00 pm in Evergreen and Thursdays at 5:30 pm in Conifer. Adult boxing classes run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Evergreen and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Conifer.
The coaching staff is led by Professor David Roberts, a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and former World Champion in Muay Thai, supported by a team of experienced instructors.
