The 3,600-square-foot facility features 16 Thai bags, wooden dummies, Thai pads, focus mitts, gymnastic flooring, and air-conditioned spaces with anti-bacterial air purifiers. Programs include Muay Thai for all levels, MMA striking, and Kids MMA (ages 9-12), covering pad work, clinching, conditioning, and self-defense. Additional instructors include Kaensak Sor. Ploenjit, a top-ten Muay Thai fighter, and Keith Mazza, an undefeated kickboxing champion.
Classes run throughout the week, with morning and evening sessions for Muay Thai, MMA, Wing Chun, wrestling, BJJ, and open mat times.
