The facility operates as a Muay Thai boxing gym, athletic club, boot camp, boxing gym, fitness center, martial arts club, martial arts school, physical fitness program, and sports complex. Gym hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 12 PM to 3 PM. It is closed on Fridays and Sundays.
Cage Life Foundation focuses on anti-bullying and obesity awareness, and provides less lethal conflict resolution training for law enforcement. Programs are designed to be good for kids, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
The foundation hosts events, with tickets available for purchase at the door. With additional locations in Tampa Bay, West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Daytona, and Melbourne, Cage Life Foundation expands its reach throughout Florida.
