The gym specializes in traditional Muay Thai, an ancient martial art from Thailand known as "The Art of Eight Limbs," using fists, feet, knees, and elbows. Training emphasizes discipline, respect, and self-control while building life skills like perseverance and confidence. Classes cover stances, footwork, striking techniques, defense, conditioning, bag work, clinching, and traditional rituals, with workouts burning 900-1200 calories.

The gym is led by Kru Ben, founder and certified Kru Yai with over two decades of experience, including fights in Canada, Thailand, and the USA. Assistant trainer Mike, a longtime student of Kru Ben, teaches adults and leads the children's program. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM-7:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM-noon, and closed Sunday.
