The gym is open Monday through Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, and on alternating Saturdays from 12 PM to 4 PM.
Founded by Chris, who began training people in his front yard, LG Boxing has grown into a professional facility after merging with Florida Boxing Academy. The gym now features experienced trainers and supports both aspiring and professional boxers. Training is available for serious contenders, while kids can join after a skill and interest assessment. Family packages offer fun and fitness with three weekly one-hour coaching sessions. Drop-in sessions cost $20.
