It has produced several MMA fighters and multiple state-Olympic gold medalists. Training options include boxing classes, fitness classes, private sessions, personal training, and mitt work. Kids classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5 pm to 6 pm. The gym is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Monthly memberships cost $130 for adults and $100 for kids, with a $20 drop-in rate. A free one-day pass is available for trial classes.
