Prioritizing a healthy training environment, the gym is equipped with two 1100sq ft HEPA air purifiers. Shower facilities are available for client convenience.

The gym is led by Glenn Leonard, owner and head trainer. Glenn's boxing journey began at the age of 12 under the guidance of his father, Vic, a longtime boxing coach. Glenn brings extensive experience to GLWboxing, having competed in over 40 amateur bouts and trained under respected Chicago boxing figures. Since beginning his training career in the mid-90s and full-time in 2003, Glenn has worked with over 500 clients, helping them achieve their fitness and boxing goals.

The space was later repurposed for storage in the mid-1980s before being revitalized as a boxing facility in 2003, carrying on the legacy of boxing excellence at this location.
Pricing
Training sessions at GLWboxing are priced at $70 per session, with a package of 10 sessions available for $650. The first session is offered free of charge. Pairs training is also available at the same rates, offering a more personalized and collaborative experience.
