The coaching staff at IronFist Boxing Club is led by Sieyumbe "Coach Law" Arrington, the founder. He is supported by Nevaeh Amya Arrington and Ed Merriweather. Their focus extends beyond physical skills, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and social development of each participant. They utilize strategic reinforcement, motivation, and mentoring to help individuals reach their full potential, both inside and outside the ring.
The gym also boasts a roster of talented competitive boxers. Yahsin "IronFist" Arrington, at 17 years old and 112 pounds, is a highly decorated athlete with 80 fights under his belt. He is currently ranked #3 nationally and is a 4-time Indiana State Champion and 2-time National Champion. Andra Bam2x Nash, 22 years old and 132 pounds, has 11 fights. Faith "The Leopard" Merriweather, a 9-year-old at 60 pounds, is a National Champion and ranked #2 nationally with 5 fights. These athletes serve as role models and sources of inspiration for other gym members.
