The gym operates on the following schedule:
- Monday: Kids Class and Adult Skills and Drills at 5:30pm
- Tuesday: Team Class at 6pm
- Wednesday: Adult Skills and Drills at 5:30pm and Open Gym/Sparring at 6:30pm
- Thursday: Kids Class and Team Class at 6pm
- Friday: Open Gym/Make-ups from 5pm-8pm
- Saturday: Open Gym/Sparring at 12pm
- Sunday: Recovery Day at the gym at 5pm
Additionally, on Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays the gym is open 12-1:30PM. On Tuesdays the gym is open 12-8AM. Wednesdays the gym is also open 6:30-9PM. Thursdays the gym is open 5:30-8PM, Saturdays the gym is open 12-3PM. The gym is closed on Sundays.
