The gym offers specialized classes for all ages, starting with Pups Mixed Martial Arts for 5-6 year olds, focusing on basic skills, held Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm-5:15pm. Kids (7-9) and Junior (10-14) classes build on kickboxing, grappling, and life skills. Adults and teens can train in Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (Mondays and Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm) or Muay Thai Kickboxing (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7pm-8pm). The gym emphasizes self-defense, discipline, and fitness, welcoming students from age 5 to adults in their 50s. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 5pm-9pm, and Saturdays, 9am-12pm.
