Coaches and Staff

Hal Chernoff, the Head Coach, Trainer, and Director of Operations, brings over 30 years of experience to the gym. As a Level 4 Certified Boxing Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Hal Chernoff provides expert guidance and mentorship to all members. Assisting him are Assistant Coaches Tyrone Hargrove and Ryan Watson, who contribute their expertise to various training programs. Nancy Chernoff oversees the educational program, providing support and resources to the youth involved.
All coaches at Main Street Gym are USA Boxing certified, ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of safety and training practices. The gym's affiliation with the USA Amateur Boxing Federation underscores its commitment to excellence and adherence to established boxing protocols.
