With thirteen years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, Seila brings a unique and effective approach to coaching. In addition, he has twelve years as a martial artist with a black belt in karate, seven years as a competitive amateur boxer, three years training and mentoring other boxers, and nine years coaching in various sports. This extensive background allows Seila to integrate disciplines from both boxing and martial arts, providing members with a well-rounded training experience.
