Founded in 2018 by head coach and fighter Jermont Reece, the gym began in a basement and is dedicated to reviving boxing in Kalamazoo while helping members achieve fitness and skill goals. It fosters a diverse, supportive community centered on hard work and fun.

Training includes group sessions and 1-on-1 personal training. Group sessions focus on footwork, defense, and conditioning, held Monday-Thursday from 6:00pm-7:00pm and 7:15pm-8:15pm, with Friday open gym from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Competitive sessions welcome kids ages 10+. 1-on-1 sessions last 45-60 minutes, available Monday-Friday from noon-4pm by appointment.
