Drop-in classes are $15, or $100 for a 10-class punch card. The first class is free, and a $100 deposit is required for memberships. Participants must be 16+, with exceptions for 14-15-year-olds on Mondays and Thursdays.
Classes run Monday-Thursday (6-8 pm), with striking on Mondays/Wednesdays and grappling on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Weekend classes are invite-only. The gym is located in the Complete Paint and Supply parking lot, with entry at the furthest right door.
