A 3-day trial is available for $30. Owner and head coach John Wood brings over 20 years of experience, training elite fighters like UFC champions Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone, Khalil Rountree, and Nicco Montao.
Programs include Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), boxing, wrestling, and MMA. Muay Thai classes are led by Chris "Trauma" Tramell, while BJJ is taught by black belts Jerry and Shane Shapiro. Boxing instruction comes from renowned coach Danny Garcia. Wrestling classes run Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM. Beginners benefit from dedicated Muay Thai sessions and BJJ classes pairing newcomers with experienced members.
Family members receive a 10% discount when signing up together. After the trial, personal gear like gloves, shin pads, and Gis can be purchased in the Pro Shop. The gym hosts a pro/amateur fight team with quarterly trials for amateurs and a week-long trial for pros.
