Coach O has served as a USA team coach at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and has been the NJ Regional and National Team head coach/manager since 2014. His dedication to the sport is further exemplified by his role as the Junior Olympic Co-Chairman for USABOXING NJ. In 2018, he was recognized for his contributions to the sport by being named Coach of the Year by the NJ Boxing Hall of Fame.

The coaching team further includes Edgar Gerena, who brings over 10 years of national and international coaching experience to the gym. As a USA Nationally Certified Level 3 Boxing Coach, his expertise is undeniable. He even served as the head coach of the USA International Team that secured a gold medal against Puerto Rico. Miguel Mendez, a 2x NJ Diamond Gloves Champion and 2014 NJ State Champion, also contributes his expertise. Having begun his boxing journey in Mexico before relocating to New Jersey, he has been coaching under Ahman Elliott for 10 years, providing invaluable guidance to aspiring boxers.

Adding to the coaching prowess is Jordan Simpson, the current top amateur 165 champion in New Jersey, holding both NJ Diamond Gloves and NJ Golden Gloves titles. He also coaches in the Junior Olympic program at Strap City, sharing his skills with the next generation. Kahiel Elliott, the most decorated female amateur boxer in New Jersey history, with multiple national championships and a Team USA gold medal, completes the team. Recognized by both the NJ Boxing Hall of Fame and the NJ Amateur Boxing Hall of Fame, her accomplishments serve as inspiration to all at Strap City.

The gym operates during the following hours: Monday: 10AM-12PM, 6-8PM; Tuesday: 10AM-12PM, 6-8PM; Wednesday: 10AM-12PM, 6-8PM; Thursday: 5-7AM, 6-8PM; Friday: 5-7AM, 6-8PM; Saturday: 9-11AM; and is closed on Sunday.
