Adult karate classes take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00am-11:00am and Monday through Friday from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Family karate classes are available on Saturdays at 10:00am, promoting fitness and bonding for all family members. The Sports Fitness program takes place on Sundays from 10:00am-11:00am.
Coaches and Staff
Training at Ironhand BOXING and Fitness is led by Grand Master Dominick A. Giacobbe, a 9th Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. With extensive experience, Grand Master Giacobbe has trained world-class athletes, including Evander Holyfield, Pernell Whitaker, Sugar Ray Leonard, Reggie White, and Mike Quick. He was inducted into the Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame in 2000. Coaches are experienced and capable of providing expert guidance.
