Coaches and Staff
The driving force behind Back2Basics Boxing is Coach Harold Cook. He is a USA Boxing Certified Trainer with over ten years of experience teaching boxing fundamentals. Coach Harold's boxing journey began in 1972 under the guidance of his uncles. His philosophy centers on strengthening the mind and body through individualized fitness programs.
Coach Harold's qualifications also extend to specialized training, as he is a certified Rock Steady Coach, enabling him to effectively lead the Rock Steady Boxing program for individuals with Parkinson's disease.
Facilities and Equipment
Back2Basics Boxing is equipped to support a comprehensive boxing training experience. Participants are expected to bring their own equipment, which includes:

- Running or cross-training shoes
- Comfortable workout clothes
