Ring of Hope Boxing is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development through the discipline of boxing. Operating three clubs throughout the Dallas metroplex, Ring of Hope focuses on instilling the values of Sacrifice, Humility, Accountability, Respect, and Patience (SHARP) in its students. The organization combines boxing training with mentorship and educational support, fostering health, fitness, and academic achievement.
The organization maintains three locations to serve the community. The South Dallas club is located at 4519 South 2nd, Dallas, Texas 75210. The Colony club is located at 5204 South Colony Blvd, The Colony, Texas 75056. The Oak Cliff club is located at 3506 Sunnyvale, Dallas, Texas 75217. The South Dallas club operates from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Ring of Hope Boxing provides a structured environment where young individuals can learn the fundamentals of boxing while developing important life skills. Coaches, mentors, and educators collaborate to provide holistic support for the students, emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental well-being.
The organization offers boxing training programs suitable for middle age teens from 12 to 18. The training helps to improve physical conditioning, and develop self-discipline. Students receive boxing instruction/training. These programs are designed to cater to all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced boxers.
Coaches and staff are committed to serving children and are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential, both inside and outside the ring. The organization welcomes corporate sponsorships and volunteers to mentor youth across its three clubs.
The gym hosts an annual fundraiser, "Night to Fight" to support its programs. Past events have been held at venues like the Toyota Music Factory, with the 2020 event taking place on March 7, 2020. These events play a vital role in raising funds and awareness for the organization's mission.
