This faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit offers boxing and fitness training for all ages, starting at 8 years old, in a family-friendly environment. Programs include cardio boxing, Zumba, and general fitness, with many families participating together. All coaches are USA Boxing certified, and the gym provides a safe, educational space to develop boxing skills.

Memberships cost $150 per month with auto-draft, including unlimited gym access and sparring sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A $100 registration fee applies. USA Boxing annual fees are $25 (youth fitness), $35 (adult fitness), and $75 (sparring), with 50% discounts for military, police, and first responders.
