While the physical location is in Pantego, the facility moved to a new location at 2025 S. Cooper St. in January 2018, enhancing its accessibility to the surrounding areas. Open training hours are Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 10pm and Friday from 4pm to 7pm. The facility is open Saturday from 8-11AM. It is closed to the public on Sundays, reserving the space for personal training sessions. This schedule allows members ample opportunity to pursue their fitness goals throughout the week.
The Gym provides a comprehensive training environment. Open gym sessions offer members the opportunity to engage in weightlifting, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and strongman training. This open format allows individuals to customize their workouts and focus on their specific areas of interest.
Combat Sports and Fitness Programs
The Gym specializes in a variety of combat sports programs. These include:
- MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 7pm to 8:30pm, instructed by the Armada Fight Team.
- Boxing: Beginner sessions are available Monday through Thursday at 5:30pm and Friday at 4:30pm. Competition boxing takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Offering a foundation in grappling and submission techniques.
- Muay Thai: Focusing on striking and clinch techniques.
- Youth Boxing: Designed for children ages 6-12, running Monday through Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
Beyond combat sports, The Gym also offers various fitness classes:
- Bootcamp: Classes are held Monday through Thursday at 6:30pm and Friday at 5:30pm. These sessions focus on cross-training, full-body resistance exercises, and HIIT cardio.
