Training programs include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and MMA, with classes six days a week for adults and children.

The Kids Jiu Jitsu program is for ages six to thirteen, and Kids Capoeira is available for ages four to twelve. Instructors include Mark Jones (4th Degree BJJ Black Belt), Matt Nielsen (Muay Thai), Yara Cordeiro (Capoeira), Jake McGlothin (BJJ Black Belt), and Bill Easlick (MMA/Judo/Jiu Jitsu).
