Rock Steady Boxing classes have been a blessing. Participants can exercise with Rock Steady and the program is very friendly. The staff carefully watches the participants to assist as needed. The company also has other activities that are voluntary such as bingo, chili cook offs, and fund raisers.
The instructor/owner customizes exercises that can be designed for those with Parkinson's with both sitting and standing exercises.
