Both locations offer ample free parking, making it easy for students and their families to access the academy. The academy's operating hours are Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Instruction and Leadership
The academy is owned and operated by Grandmaster Paul Benish, a seventh-degree black belt in Taekwondo certified by the Universal Martial Arts Association. Grandmaster Benish brings a wealth of experience to the academy, having served as an instructor since 1989. He also received training in Korea that same year, further enriching his understanding of the art. Guiding the academy is Supreme Grandmaster Byung Kon Cho, a ninth-degree black belt. Supreme Grandmaster Cho began his Taekwondo journey at the age of 10 in Seoul, Korea, and later trained soldiers before relocating to the United States.
Taekwondo Programs and Classes
Cho's Black Belt Academy provides a diverse range of Taekwondo classes designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels. The academy offers specialized programs for children, including Lil' Dragons classes for ages 4-6, which focus on building fundamental motor skills and introducing basic Taekwondo concepts. Black Belt Club classes and special seminars are held on Fridays. A special promotion offers one month of classes and a uniform for $99, with the uniform valued at $75. A free t-shirt is included with a three-month enrollment.
