The school specializes in Yip Man Style Wing Chun, teaching self-defense, mental discipline, and full-body fitness through hand, elbow, knee, and foot techniques, as well as grappling, weaponry, and Shaolin Wooden Dummy training. Classes are available for ages 13+ in group, private, and corporate seminar formats, covering Chi Gung, Shaolin Yoga, and Wing Chun forms.
