The gym is led by Kru Ben, founder and certified Kru Yai with over two decades of experience, including fights in Canada, Thailand, and the USA. Assistant trainer Mike, a longtime student of Kru Ben, teaches adults and leads the children's program. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM-7:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM-noon, and closed Sunday.
