Kids' programs start at age 3, including Little Rhinos (ages 3-6) and Youth BJJ in Gi and No-Gi formats. Training focuses on self-defense, confidence, weight loss, discipline, and focus. Military personnel and first responders train free every Thursday in No-Gi, with a 10% family discount starting April 2025.
Certified by IBJJF, instructors have NCSI background checks and SafeSport training. Professor JP has competed in IBJJF, ADCC, and other events, earning team championships. The academy partners with the We Defy Foundation, providing scholarships for veterans to address PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Evening classes run Monday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. New students can try a free trial. Contact is available by phone or email.
